Story
Hi everyone!
I'm Bethany, a nineteen year-old student and traveler, currently in Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
Service is in my blood, and I'm passionate about raising awareness of URGENT needs in our world; that's why I'm training for the Great Ocean Road Challenge, a non-profit 3-day cycling event that matches adventure with a good cause.
In replacement for me suffering through three grueling days of cycling from Geelong Victoria to Warrnambool :), I'm challenging you to help me make a difference by donating funds to go directly (100%) to helping children in poverty.
The money raised will go to ADRA - Adventist Development and Relief Agency, a humanitarian agency providing individual and community development and disaster relief.
If we raise:
$1000 - Travel to Geelong Victoria (train or plane) wearing nothing but my cycling gear; yes, Lycra in all. :)
$2000 - I'll cycle in a costume of your choice for one training day (and send you photo proof:)
$5000 - I'll dye my hair the color of my largest donor's choice!
